This is surprising, as high-mileage vehicles are often associated with a plethora of problems. He spent a total of $1,700, primarily due to a failed safety inspection that Tesla rectified for $870. Additionally, he shelled out $290 for tire replacements. However, compared to a conventional gas-powered car, these expenses seem relatively minor.
The real surprise, however, was the battery's performance. With 88% capacity remaining, it could deliver a full-charge range of 283 miles and 220 miles at 80% charge. Impressive, right? But wait, there's more to this story than meets the eye.
