The traditional method of sharing photos through the Aura app required recipients to download the app and create an account, which could be a barrier for some. Now, with 'text to frame', the process is seamless. Simply connect your smartphone number to your Aura account, create a list of approved contacts, and invite them to contribute. Photos from these approved contacts will automatically appear on your chosen frames, and you can even limit their display to specific frames or a single frame.
This feature is free for both the Aura frame owner and approved contributors, provided their phone plans include picture messaging. However, it's important to note that it's currently only available for iOS and Android users with a US phone number.
